To Kill A Kingdom

To Kill A Kingdom is kinda based on the whole mermaid and siren thing, yet it put a whole different a unique twist. Sirens are the beautiful human-like creatures with their flowing hair and mermaids are the opposite with rigid fins all over their monstrous body. Which would you think a sailor or *pirate would fall in love, be tricked by, and helped by? I am really in love with this book! The plot is sooooo good and the character's emotions feel so realistic. The author, Alexandra Christo, uses such good diction and writes so beautifully. I highly recommend reading more of her books!
