I got my braces off!

On November 30, I got my braces off.

2 and a half years now

Did it hurt when you got it and when you removed it?

No; slightly

Is it worth it?

Hell yeah

Does it leave a stain?

At first, I thought so too, but when they took it off I didn't. So my advice is to eat anything you want(because that was what I did) and when you get them off, I guarantee there will be no stain

How long was the process?

An hour or longer (depends on orthodontist)

How long do you have to wear retainers?

FOREVER but 24/7 for only a year

Can you eat anything now?

Yes, but I take them off when eating and brushing
